ESFA 16 TO 19 TUITION FUND

Stoke Park School will use this funding to support small group tuition for students aged 16 to 19 in English, maths and other subjects that have been disrupted, including vocational and/or academic learning. Specifically, it will be targeted at students who:

•  have not achieved a grade 4 or 5 in English and/or maths
•  have a grade 4 or above in English and/or maths, are from an economically disadvantaged background and need catch-up support.

This small group tuition will be delivered by a tutor and existing staff. The funding has been used to create overstaffing in English and Maths departments. Tuition groups will not exceed 5 students. In some cases, we will use the funding to employ tutors on a casual basis.
