
Today’s the day our Media Studies students present their stories for BBC’s School Report. School Report has given our students a window into the exciting world of journalism and its demands. Students created their own news stories, conducted interviews and completed articles along with news clips and short films with help from us and the BBC. Their stories will ‘go live’ today and will be linked to the BBC website for all to read, watch and enjoy. Stay tuned!

Here is the first editorial report from our very own BBC News School Report team.
The students worked hard this term to put together a news report that examined how Stoke Park School met the needs of its students and endeavoured to help them achieve a successful future in the current socio-economic climate.

BBC News School Report gives 11-16 year-old students in the UK the chance to make their own news reports for a real audience.
In March, schools take part in an annual News Day, simultaneously creating video, audio and text-based news reports, and publishing them on a school website, to which the BBC aims to link
