2013-14 saw excellent results for many students and reflected all the work that our teachers put in to ensure that all students in their classes made outstanding progress through the year.
We had record results for both Year 13 and Year 12 and the 3rd highest ever for Year 11. To borrow a phrase from Mr Wolger “Well Done Stoke Park”.
School has been active over the summer with two successful summer schools and much development work. Music and Health & Social Care, in particular, have benefited from significant investment to teaching facilities and ICT to aid learning.
We welcome many new members of staff to Stoke Park –both in classrooms and elsewhere – we hope they enjoy their time with us. In particular we welcome back Ms Pauline Casey as our new Deputy Head Teacher. She will, amongst other roles, oversee our Key Stage 3 (Years 7, 8 & 9) pastoral provision taking on the work that Mrs Harrison used to carry out.
We are expectant of what the new school year will bring – wanting everyone to enjoy and achieve during the academic year.
